Danielle delivers the teachings of Yogi Bhajan with a bright spirit and a relatable and fun approach. Kundalini Yoga, known as the Yoga of Awareness, is a gorgeous practice that blends your mind, body and spirit together as one. Through incorporating breath work, guided meditations, and synchronistic music, Danielle has created her own energetic experience that anyone can participate in and obtain more positive momentum in their life! Her classes and workshops provide a curated plan to clear your blocks, remove stuckness, and rejuvenate your energy! Participants may experience peace of mind, body relaxation, enhanced intuition, and an explosion of love.
Danielle is a certified Kundalini yoga and meditation teacher and completed her 200 hour KRI training under the teachings of Gurmukh. She was a teacher at Golden Bridge Yoga in Manhattan and also co-taught with Gabby Bernstein for her Spirit Junkie Masterclass program. She currently travels the country teaching at different yoga studios and private retreats. She is also available for individual yoga sessions in person or via Skype.
