Lauren Leavell is a motivational coach who is based in Philadelphia. She is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, a personal finance geek, and a meditation leader.
Lauren’s method is client led and focuses on how each individual can get into alignment with their goals. Before becoming a coach, Lauren was a 9-5 desk jockey working in the corporate world. She spent her free time looking for affordable and accessible workouts, searching for true self-care, and paying off her student loans. She decided to take the leap and move into the wellness space in 2017 and she hasn’t looked back.
When she isn’t calculating how many reps and sets to assign someone, Lauren is helping people become financially fit.

Nikki Brafman is an entrepreneur, strategist, business coach, and speaker dedicated to giving individuals the tools they need to thrive in life and business.
Knowing she could teach herself the lessons and methods of managing chaos, Nikki began helping people untangle their own chaos.
