OVERVIEW

Phenix Salon Suites is a building with private rooms for hair stylists, beauty pros, and wellness experts. They asked me to come in because something felt “off.” Several suites were vacant, and despite active leasing efforts, momentum had stalled.

So I came in to clear the energy, open up the space, and help it feel alive again, like a fresh start.

GOALS

  • Optimize the vacant suites to feel open and inviting

  • Restore clarity, vitality, and presence in common areas

  • Help the whole building feel ready for new tenants

APPROACH

  • Cleared the energy in the whole building — hallways, bathrooms, entrances, and behind-the-scenes areas

  • Tuned into each empty room and reset the energy inside

  • Cleared out old energy from past tenants that was still hanging around

  • Opened up parts of the space that felt blocked or closed

  • Boosted the flow of energy near doors, mirrors, and water areas — all important for bringing in money and movement

RESULTS

After the recalibration, the energy of the entire building felt clear, focused, and refreshed.

The empty suites now feel open and ready for new tenants who are aligned with the space, people who will grow their businesses and add to the overall vibe. The shared areas, like hallways and entrances, now have a stronger sense of flow and ease. It’s easier for clients to move through the space, and the whole building feels more alive, professional, and welcoming. The energy now supports what the owner truly wants: steady growth, happy tenants, and a thriving business environment.

Tiffany reached out from her Upper West Side apartment (which she recently inherited from her grandmother), exhausted and overwhelmed. At 38, this former "sleep anywhere" person was suddenly waking up in night sweats, feeling trapped in what should have been her dream space.

The apartment itself was EVERYTHINGGGG... rent-controlled, sunset worthy balcony, walkable, full of potential. During our session, I asked her a simple question: "Who's paying rent here?"

Emily is a spiritual business owner, podcast host, and energy healer who does negative entity clearing work for her own clients. She'd lived in her Philadelphia apartment—a 3-bedroom, 2-bath unit in a century-old building—for exactly seven years.

Despite being skilled at clearing spaces for others, she hadn't had her own home cleared in over a year. And it was showing.

THE CHALLENGE

For sensitive people—especially those doing spiritual work online—this creates vulnerabilities that have nothing to do with entities or dark forces.
