Is this just about astrology? No. This is about embodiment, nervous system regulation, and learning to hold visibility. I use Fire Horse energy and astrology as frameworks, but the work stands on its own regardless of your relationship to astrology.

Do I need to know my birth chart? Not required, but helpful. If you don't have your chart, you can generate one for free at astro.com. I'll guide you through the relevant placements you need to know.

Can I go through this more than once? Absolutely! You have lifetime access to all the materials. Many people return to Phase 1 whenever they need grounding, or revisit the full journey during major life transitions or at the start of each year.
