DAY 7 - PHASE 2: Expansion

The Identity Shift

You've spent the last 9 days building capacity. Learning to hold more. Receiving without shutdown. Magnetizing your space. Enjoying your life.

And in order to continue expanding, you must retract from the version of you that won’t be able to keep up with such.

Because here’s the thing, the version of you that got you here won't get you there.

And today, you're going to let them go.

Not in a "thank you for your service" performative way, yet in a real, somatic, "I am no longer available to be that version of myself" way.

This is the bridge. Phase 2 has been about expansion. Phase 3 is about embodiment… making this your new normal.

But you can't embody the new until you dismantle the old.

Today, we let it fade out.


WHO YOU WERE SURVIVING AS

There's a version of you that has been running the show for a long time.

The one who:

  • Went last

  • Played small to make others comfortable

  • Deflected compliments

  • Undercharged

  • Overworked to prove you belonged or deserved it

  • Kept her space chaotic because she didn't have time

  • Said yes when you you meant no

  • Waited for permission or things to “line up”

  • Questioned creditability or qualifications

  • Dimmed her light when people noticed

It kept you safe. It helped you survive.

But it’s also keeping you at your current ceiling.

Your expanded identity that believes:

  • "I'm not ready yet"

  • "Who am I to do this?"

  • "I need more credentials"

  • "I should wait until everything is perfect"

  • "I don't want to be too much"

  • "I'm not that special"

And that identity? It served a purpose yet is no longer with your purpose.


THE PRACTICE:

DISMANTLING THE OLD, EMBODYING THE NEW

This is a 19-minute guided meditation.

You'll need:

  • A quiet space where you can stand and move

  • 20 minutes uninterrupted

  • Your body

  • Your voice

Who I was before this initiation:

Who I am now:

(Present tense. This is who you ARE.)

What I'm no longer available for:

(What behaviors, patterns, thoughts, beliefs are you releasing?)

What I'm now available for:

(What's possible now that wasn't before?)

The one thing that would be different if I fully lived as this new identity:



WHAT We ALCHEMIZED

You didn't just visualize a future version of yourself, write a manifestation list, or create another vision board.

You shifted your identity, in your body, in the present moment.

The old version? Bye bye. You thanked them. You released. It doesn't get to run the show anymore.

The new version? It’s here. You are YOU!

Not tomorrow. Not when you hit the next goal. Not when you finally feel ready.
