UNLeashed: day 12 - Pattern Recognition
DAY 12 - PHASE 3: EMBODIMENT
Reading Your Patterns in Real Time
THE TRUTH ABOUT INTEGRATION
You've gone through 11 days of transformation. You've built stability, identified what you're not giving up on, created boundaries, cleared your space, worked with the planets, practiced receiving, magnetized your environment, enjoyed your life, dismantled the old identity, and anchored your public presence…
Whew! That's a lot of expansion in a short window of time, go YOU.
And here's what most people don't talk about when life begins to open up: expansion without regulation can create collapse, like the the moment you should’ve left the Jenga tower alone but couldn’t help but pull one more piece before it all fell down...
Growth and freedom will feel scary because it's so under-utilized in our culture, and this is where the strides you made forward may come back and find a way to hold you hostage.
This is where most people lose the work; not because they didn't do it right, but because they don't know how to read their patterns in real time. They expand, then something triggers them, and they reroute back to the old path without even realizing it's happening.
Today, you're learning how to catch that before it happens.
YOUR LIFE AS AN ENERGETIC CURRICULUM
Here's what I've learned after years of doing this work with thousands of people:
Every month, your life presents guidelines to follow.
It does this as feedback and a way to keep you going, thus why it’s important to understand how to leverage it to flow WITH your natural current, not upstream.
Further, when you learn to read what's actually happening, you stop spiraling back. You stop questioning if the process or needing constant validation. You start responding instead of reacting.
Here's the framework:
• Triggers: expose the identity you’re still unconsciously loyal to.
• Resistance Points: reveal the system that wants upgrading.
• Normalizers: stretch your capacity and showcase what is available in your regularly scheduled life
• Pings: intuition tapping you forward.
• Inspired action is where self trust and alignment override fear.
The pattern is the throughline connecting all of it.
So the question becomes: how do I actually learn to read my patterns? Not in hindsight, not after I've already collapsed, but in the moment, in real time, so I can catch myself before I revert to the old through line.
That's what today is for, learning to identify which pattern is showing up so you know how to respond.
THE FRAMEWORK: READING YOUR PATTERNS
When something happens; a test, a challenge, an opportunity, a moment where you feel yourself contracting… pause and ask yourself: "Which one is this?"
Is this a trigger? A resistance point? A normalizer? A ping? Inspired action?
When you can identify which pattern is showing up, you know how to respond instead of react. Let me show you what each one looks like and what to do when it appears.
1. TRIGGERS: THE IDENTITY YOU'RE STILL UNCONSCIOUSLY LOYAL TO
What it looks like:
An opportunity shows up that you've been asking for, and your first response is "Am I ready? Do I deserve this? What if I fail?"
Or someone compliments you and you immediately deflect.
Or money comes in and you feel guilty.
Or visibility arrives and you want to hide.
What it's actually doing:
Exposing which identity you're still unconsciously tied to. The old version is trying to win you over by keeping you small, safe, invisible.
How to respond:
Pause. Breathe. Recognize: "This is a trigger. I'm being pulled back to the old system."
Then consciously choose to respond as the new identity. Receive the next step. Say yes to the opportunity. Let the money land without guilt.
The trigger loses power when you recognize it and choose differently.
2. RESISTANCE POINTS: THE SYSTEM THAT WANTS UPGRADING
What it looks like:
You hit a wall. Things were flowing, and now they're not. Gahhh. You feel stuck, frustrated, like nothing's working… maybe this was a waste of time…
Or a pattern resurfaces that you thought you'd already healed.
What it's actually doing:
Revealing the system that wants upgrading. Not stopping you; showing you what needs attention. Usually it's a belief you didn't know you still held, or a wound that needs deeper healing.
How to respond:
Don't push through or force. Ask: "What system is this resistance point trying to show me needs upgrading?"
The resistance dissolves when you acknowledge what it's pointing to and do the work.
3. NORMALIZERS: STRETCHING YOUR CAPACITY
What it looks like:
Something good happens, but it feels uncomfortable. You're getting more attention than usual, making more money, being seen more publicly. Life feels more like YOU.
Yet your body feels off, anxious, like something's wrong even though nothing is actually wrong.
What it's actually doing:
Stretching your capacity and showcasing what's available in your regularly scheduled life. Your nervous system isn't used to this much goodness, visibility, or ease, so it freaks out. It doesn’t register that this is totally normal, freeing,, and organically aligned.
How to respond:
Recognize: "This is a normalizer. My nervous system is adjusting to holding more. This is what's available to me now. I can and will continue to have this"
Ground yourself. Return to Day 1's stability practice. Remind your body: "This is safe and meant to be. I can hold this. This is my natural normal."
The normalizer integrates when your nervous system realizes the new level is sustainable.
4. PINGS: INTUITION TAPPING YOU FORWARD
What it looks like:
A subtle feeling. A quiet knowing. A sense that you should reach out to someone, start something, say no to something, or shift direction.
It's not loud. It's not urgent. It's just there.
What it's actually doing:
Your intuition is tapping you forward, showing you the next aligned move.
How to respond:
Don't dismiss it or rationalize it away. Don't wait for more "proof." It goes quiet or dulls when you ignore it.
Act on the ping. Even if it's small. Even if it doesn't make logical sense yet.
The ping gets stronger and more refined when you listen. It’s like your reward for all the dedicated work you’ve done. You’ll get more positive response the more you follow it.
5. INSPIRED ACTION: WHERE SELF-TRUST OVERRIDES FEAR
What it looks like:
You know what you need to do. It's crystal clear. But it requires you to trust yourself more than you've trusted yourself before.
It might be raising your prices, launching the thing, saying no, ending something, starting something.
What it's actually doing:
Asking: "Do you trust yourself enough to do this?"
How to respond:
Do ittttt. Even if you're scared. Even if you don't feel ready.
Inspired action isn't about being confident. It's about trusting yourself despite the fear, letting self-trust and alignment override the fear. It’s realizing that everything works out (and then some), so long as you show up for it.
The action becomes easier when you prove to yourself that you can trust YOU. Plus, you have a whole team of energetic guides cheering you on and rallying around you!
JOURNALING:
Think back over the past 2 weeks... What patterns showed up?
Reflect on:
A moment where I was TRIGGERED:
(Where did an opportunity or compliment arrive and I almost reverted to the old identity?)
A moment where I hit a RESISTANCE POINT:
(Where did I feel stuck? What system was trying to show me it needed upgrading?)
A moment where I experienced a NORMALIZER:
(Where did something good feel uncomfortable because my nervous system wasn't used to it?)
A moment where I got a PING:
(Where did my intuition try to tap me forward? Did I listen?)
A moment where I was asked to take INSPIRED ACTION:
(Where did I need to let self-trust override fear?)
RED FLAG MAPPING:
THE PATTERN INTERVENTION
Now, here's what you need to know: when life gets loud again after the 3 phases are over, the old patterns will try to come back. Not because you failed, not because the work didn't stick, but because your nervous system will default to what's familiar when it feels unsafe, strange, or not like “you”.
Your job is to catch it before you fully revert so you stay in the momentum of what you know is possible and available for your life and your future.
Repeat after me:
“I no longer shrink after expansion.”
“I no longer overwork to justify success.”
“I no longer confuse fear with misalignment.”
These are retired patterns. You now operate in a normalized capacity to be exactly who are you as you’re meant to.
This includes:
More money.
More attention.
More dharma.
More ease.
